Congratulations to Professor Xihong Lin, who is Professor of Statistics in the Department of Statistics and Professor of Biostatistics in the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has been awarded the 2021 Mosteller Statistician of the Year award from the Boston Chapter of the American Statistical Association. The award is in recognition of her pioneering work on statistical methods for the analysis of massive genomic, epidemiological, and health data, and of her leadership and major contributions to the statistics community locally, nationally, and internationally.
