The Department of Statistics is thrilled to share that Dr. Tracy Ke has been promoted to be an Associate Professor in the department. Professor Ke's promotion by the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences is in recognition of her outstanding scholarship, teaching, mentoring, citizenship, and contributions to the department. In her research, Professor Ke focuses on high-dimensional statistics, machine learning, social network analysis, and statistical text mining. Earlier this year, Professor Ke's research achievements were also recognized when she was selected to be a 2023 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow in Mathematics, a fellowship for the next generation of scientific leaders in the U.S. and Canada. Congratulations to Professor Ke on her promotion!
