The Department of Statistics has awarded its biennial Pickard Teaching Awards to four Teaching Fellows and one Faculty Member.
PhD students Sanqian Zhang, Luis Campos, Regan Mozer, and Zach Branson, as well as Assistant Professor Pierre Jacob (pictured here) received recognition for their excellence in teaching.
Certificates and prizes were awarded at the Fifth David K. Pickard Memorial Lecture, which featured Mine Çetinkaya-Rundel, Professor of the Practice, Department of Statistics, Duke University.
