At an invited talk during a recent American Association of Cancer Research meeting on Chromatin and Epigenetics in Cancer, Xiaole Shirley Liu presented her computational biology methods used to study cancer progression and drug response. Also, the MAGeCK algorithm her lab published last December for analyzing genome-wide CRISPR screens has reached over 2200 user downloads.
