 At an invited talk during a recent American Association of Cancer Research meeting on Chromatin and Epigenetics in Cancer, [Xiaole Shirley Liu](/people/xiaole-shirley-liu) presented her computational biology methods used to study cancer progression and drug response. Also, the MAGeCK algorithm her lab published last December for analyzing genome-wide CRISPR screens has reached [over 2200 user downloads](http://sourceforge.net/projects/mageck/files/stats/timeline?dates=2014-01-01%20to%202015-10-15).
