This event is designed to expose high school students to statistics and data science through hands-on activities and interactions with Harvard students, faculty, and staff. Our event celebrates the contributions of statisticians and data scientists from underrepresented groups, including women and people of color, and supports efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion in these fields. The schedule for visiting high school classes and their teachers will include: - 11:00-11:15: Registration and Arrival - 11:15-11:30 Welcome - 11:30-12:10 Lunch - 12:20-12:45 Stats/Data Science Activity 1 - 12:50-1:15 Stats/Data Science Activity 2 - 1:30-2:00 College Panel - 2:00-2:15 Closing and Prizes For information about this event, please contact Emily Palmer at . *Harvard University welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities.
