The Department announces that Mark Glickman will join us full time at the start of 2016 as the founding head of the Department’s new Lab for Sports Analytics and Senior Lecturer in Statistics. Mark is currently Research Professor at Boston University’s School of Public Health and Senior Statistician at the Center for Healthcare Organization and Implementation Research. His focus is on Bayesian inference, paired comparison models and design, applications to health services, medicine and sports. He has received many awards for his research on paired comparisons and for his teaching.
